The Medina suicide attacks, the Dallas police shooting, the grenade attack in Puchong, Malaysia, the rise of the dissident republicans in Northern Ireland and even the fall out from the "burqa revolution" in Kerala show that radicalisation and terrorism present and ever increasing risk.
